The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona “Everose”, introduced at Basel 2008, features a new gold alloy that Rolex calls “Everose”. Everose was created in-house by mixing 18k gold, copper and a touch of platinum. Chlorinated water reacts with the copper in the alloy of traditional rose gold and breaks it down, stripping the metal of its luster. Not so with the Everose, making this watch truly pool-friendly. As Rolex says, “is the perfect blended color of gold that will remain pink for ever”.
The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona “Everose” is warmer and subtler than the yellow gold models, yet more visually distinguished than the white gold references, this newest variation of the world’s most famous chronograph exudes class and a compelling sense of refined luxury.
As with all other current production Daytona watches, this one is powered by the automatic 4130 Rolex proprietary movement, is equipped with the exclusive Parachrom hairspring, has 72 hours of power reserve, features column-wheel chronograph with vertical clutch and is water resistant to 100 meters.
The new line-up of Rolex is featuring a solid link bracelet and using this new method of adjusting the bracelet in size, without having to use screw drivers or tooth picks.
The rose gold makes this chronogragh look like a booming rose in your wrist, which will truly be both elegant and stunning.

This $40000 luxury Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, is with diamond and sapphire stones and decked on top of a leopard print design.
The watch has an 18-karat yellow gold case, with 36 baguette cognac sapphires around the body and eight diamonds festooned on the dial. Another 48 diamonds are decked right where the strap (with its 18k yellow gold deployable clasp) connects to the frame. Both the bejeweled dial and the leather strap are clad in loud yellow, black and red leopard print.
It seems very strange, totally different from the previous Rolex elegant and graceful design, or evev to some degree too wild. Will you buy it if you’re affordable?
The most people would say no, for that although it’s originally designed for men, it appears a little feminine. As a survey by some action sites shows that many men buy this one but never wear it. Hence, we may rarely see this watch worn in someone’s wrist.
However, women will like it. Unlike men’s motivation of buying this watch, women’s may be the pursuits of releasing their internal passion. Bling-bling is one thing. A leopard print for a Daytona, long considered as the most beautiful Rolex ever produced, is a whole other deal. Of course, beauty is always in the eye of the beholder.
