Daniel Defense Omega free float KCRC
A few weeks ago, I was in my length of 14.5 "AR – 15 of a Daniel Defense Omega free float rail. I do not like stocks, hand guards as they heat up too fast, because I want to install fittings orbit (vertical foregrip , flashlight, etc.).
In doing my research, and from Troy, YHM, LaRue, and Knight equipment, defense, and Daniel, I concluded that free-floating rail Daniel Defense Department has been looking for my railway. This is because the price, easy to install, and I read good reviews. Most come from other manufacturers need to float delta nut component is removed track. Omega rail installation is fairly easy to occur in 5 minutes I have, literally. You have to do is take off your stock guard, added Omega place in the handguard rail, and tighten a few screws and Allen set screws. Flat head screw in the adapter to connect the two parts of the railway, between the Allen head set screws attention to the railway delta ring (far left in picture).

This gives support to the lower part of the railway, but there is nothing holding the railway delta ring (the upper right side in the above picture). You would think that you can push the top rail near the base, but the railway remained securely installed. It does not move, unless you give it some powerful force.
After going to the launch of the scope and hundreds of rounds, I can finally say that I strongly agree with Daniel Defense Omega Rail. It did not hold high the great spin or loose. This railway is also heat faster, and better than the stock hand guards. I should also mention, on the completion of the railway is first rate, no scratches or later to install and uninstall various parts in March
