The submariner was launched in 1953 and presented to the public the Basel Fair in the spring of 1954 the reference 6204.
It has a two-way panel minutes indicators and 1-15 days, straight clock (unlike now Mercedes-type) and second-hand edge of the light-emitting cycle (and now the circle, has returned to the hands). Submariner usual inscription appears in gold on the dial-up, but restrictions on the maximum depth of 600 feet. Is not marked.
It has a high-quality Rolex 600 of the A260 series BUBBLEPACK.
Both cases and back are very good, 6-mm winding crown, nor the panel thin milling around, rather than today’s models.
These two models remain in production until 1957.
